All orders received by 12pm EST Monday-Friday will ship via FedEx the same day unless you specify otherwise. All orders placed after 12pm EST Monday-Friday, on weekends or on holidays will ship the next business day.

Does FedEx require a signature for delivery?

Packages that are being sent to a commercial address require signatures upon delivery. Packages that are being sent to a residential address generally don’t require a signature for delivery. At the driver’s discretion, he/she will leave the package for a residential delivery in a safe place at the home or leave a “Delivery Attempted” notice with information on how you can pick up your package.

How will I know when my gifts have shipped?

When we send your package to be shipped we will complete your order in our ordering system. When the order has been completed an automated email will be sent to you with your order details along with the tracking number for your package. You can generally start tracking your package within a few hours of receiving that email from Simply Lollipops. If there are any issues with your order one of our friendly customer service representatives will contact you directly.

Do you deliver to hospital patients?

We can definitely ship your gift directly to a hospital. In order for us to ensure that the package was sent and received by the hospital we recommend you choose 2 Day or Next Day Air as your shipping method. This will ensure that your gift is marked “priority delivery” and will require a signature upon delivery. If the patient has been discharged before the package arrives FedEx may have an additional charge to re-route the gift to the patient’s home. I’m going to order multiple gifts for different people; can I ship to multiple addresses?

There are two ways to ship products to multiple addresses. The first way is to create a separate order per shipping address. So, if you’re shipping a lollipop bouquet to your brother in Alabama and a separate lollipop bouquet to your mother in Louisiana, you would want to create a separate order for both your brother and mother. This will allow you to input a shipping address for the order so that the bouquet is sent to the right person.
